- Vehicle orders will not be released until full payment has been received to Genata UK
- Vehicles delivered have 7 days Damage on Delivery to claim for any defects present on the product.
- Warranty Claims are to be proccesed online via dealer login on www.genata-motor.co.uk
- Defective parts are to be returned to Genata UK, If requested Photo evidence can be used to proccess claims
COVERAGE OF WARRANTY
The Warranty is designed by Genata Uk to provide cover to Dealers subject to terms and conditions. This warranty
covers Dealers ONLY and NOT any third party. Any warranty allocated by Dealers unto a third party is deemed a separate
agreement and thus that any third party may not contact Genata UK regarding any warranty cover. Warranty cover is for
12 months parts only subject to service schedules and terms being adhered to.
